Unfortunately Service, Communication and overall quality expectations have severely declined by this Supplier. Order took over 3 months to be delivered even though high Air freight services were paid.Little to no care or attention demonstrated to resolve any issues or asssit with severe deliveries delay of the units. Have a clear suspicion I was charged for Air freight and the goods were sent via sea freight. Additionally, there has been an obvious change in product quality and Supplier not providing any clear explanation for difference in product weight. Will be seeking alternative supplier if these issues persist. Very disappointed.
